Hima das from Assam who is nicknamed as ‘Dhing Express’ has once again achieved the International gold. This is the fourth win for this 19 years old successful Indian sprint runner. Recently, she bagged top honours in the 200m race at the Kuno Athletics Meet in Poland. Within 15 days after her victory, she owned her 4th international gold. She clocked 23.25 seconds to clinch Gold on Wednesday at Tabor Athletics Meet in the Czech Republic. Vismaya from Kerala won silver having clocked 23.43. “Won another gold in 200m and improved my timings to 23.25s at Tabor GP“, tweeted Hima after her proud victory.

It is to be noted that, under men’s category, national record holder Muhammed Anas succeded in a 400m race with gold medal clocking 45.40 seconds. Also, on July 13, at Kladno, he had won gold in 400 m race, clocking 45.21 seconds.
