The actor turned politician Kamal Haasan who is going statewide tour in Tamil Nadu – Last week he had covered Coimbatore, Tiruppur and Erode districts. While his fans were flushing in the airport to get a glimpse of their favourite star he had told the reporters “I have not come for a public meeting or gathering. I have come to meet my party workers.”
He addressed his members in Avinashi, in Tirupur district. He not only interacted with his supporters there but also met the coordinators and members of the committee for the Avinashi-Athikadavu Ground Water Scheme.
Kamal seems to use his line of communication extremely careful. He also added saying ” It’s not important to bring a good crowd for the meeting. It’s important to identify our goals and start working towards it. There is a lot of work to be done. We can celebrate later. We have to work together, from the grassroots level. Walk with me, don’t follow me.” He later visited a school for the differently abled at Mamarathapalayam near Erode.
He didn’t seem to have taken rest even on Sunday since he began his tour by visiting Modakurichi and the Thanthai Periyar Memorial House. He later addressed the public in Veerappanchatram, Erode.
